How much will I pay?
Costs of our services vary depending upon whether you qualify for Medicare, Medicaid, have private insurance, or if you plan to pay out-of-pocket. Both federal and state governments dictate the rates for various services by each skilled nursing facility which varies each year, and private pay rates adjust based upon those rates. Please contact the Business Office Manager for current rates and other information related to expenses of related services for our Facility.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept traditional Medicare and some long-term care insurance, such as Transamerica.
Will I have a roommate?
We have 4 cottages with 12 private rooms in each. If a private room is a preference, we place elders in them on a first-come-first-serve basis. We also offer semi-private rooms available in our main pavilion.
Will I have therapy?
The Walnut Ridge rehab team offers their services, as prescribed by a doctor, to all of our elders as needed. As elders improve or decline, their therapy is tailored to their needs.
How does someone schedule a visit?
Walnut Ridge is open 24 hours a day to visitors. If you would like to schedule a visit with our team for a tour or to ask specific questions about the admission process, please call (870) 886-9022 or stop by between 8am-4:30pm, Monday – Friday. We are always excited to show off our facility!
